Bookfever

I recently read Cinder by Marissa Meyer, which I loved so much. It's an amazing book so when I found this prequel story for free I didn't waste any time to read it.

This short story still revolves around Cinder, who's eleven years old and is traveling to New Beijing with her new stepfather.

I loved this prequel. It shows how Cinder just wanted to fit in with her new family. It also reveals how Cinder fixed Iko, who's still just as cute as in Cinder and how Peony pretty much accepted Cinder as her sister right away. Even the at that time 12/13 year-old prince Kai was mentioned. So adorable!

I still love Marissa Meyer's writing and the way she knows how to capture my attention with her storytelling.

Definitely recommened for anyone who loved Cinder and would like to know the events of when she just came to live in New Beijing.
