I started this book because I've loved the movie adaption of the book directed by Hayao Miyazaki (Who's a genius in my eyes, by the way...) for years now. I knew the movie came from a book but I've never actually bought and read the book until now. And let me just say; I was NOT disappointed at all! I really enjoyed reading this book a lot. The writing was excellent and fast paced. Of course I recognized a lot of things from the movie. The characters are really amazing to read about and the ending was great! I can't really find any negative things to say about it... I guess that's why I gave it 5 stars. I would recommend this book ànd movie to everyone who loves fantasy.
